Packing & freight transportation

One company packs your freight and moves it.

Most damage claims start at the packing bench and end in an argument between the packer and the carrier. HTECH Logistics does both jobs on one contract — so when your freight arrives, there is nobody for us to point at but ourselves.

Services

Two jobs done properly, instead of five done loosely.

We pack freight and we haul it. We don't file customs entries and we don't pretend to — what we own is the physical side, from the packing bench to the receiving dock.

01 / PACKING

Packing & crating

Protection sized to the trip the freight is about to take, not to whatever box was nearby.

  • Palletizing, stretch-wrapping and banding for standard freight
  • Custom wooden crates and skids for fragile, oversize or high-value pieces
  • Corner boards, edge protection and load bracing that survive long-haul vibration
  • Labelling, piece counts and packing lists applied before the truck arrives
02 / TRANSPORT

Freight transportation

Lane planning and carrier sourcing, with rates you can see the logic behind.

  • Full truckload and less-than-truckload across domestic and cross-border lanes
  • Temperature-controlled, flatbed and expedited equipment when the load calls for it
  • Carrier vetting: authority, insurance certificates and safety rating checked before dispatch
  • Accessorials quoted up front — detention, layover, tarping, liftgate
03 / HANDLING

Dock handling & cross-dock

The in-between steps where freight most often gets dropped, scuffed or lost.

  • Cross-dock and transloading between trailers
  • Short-term staging while a delivery appointment is arranged
  • Loading and unloading with forklift and dock crew
  • Re-palletizing and re-wrapping for freight that reaches us in poor shape
04 / PROOF

Tracking & proof of delivery

You shouldn't have to phone anyone to find out where your freight is.

  • Pickup, transit and delivery status updates by email
  • Photo documentation of how the freight was packed before it left us
  • Signed proof of delivery with piece count
  • On-time and damage reporting on recurring lanes
How we work

Onboarding takes days, not a quarter.

The same four steps whether you ship one pallet a week or fill a trailer every day.

STEP 01

Tell us the lane

Origin, destination, what the freight is, how it's packed now, and how often it moves.

STEP 02

Get a written rate

A quote that separates packing, linehaul, fuel and accessorials, so you know what moves the number.

STEP 03

Run a trial shipment

We move one load end to end and you see the service before you commit volume.

STEP 04

Scale and report

Standing capacity, agreed transit times, and a monthly review of on-time and cost per shipment.

Coverage

Why packing and hauling belong to the same company

When the packer and the carrier are two businesses, a damaged shipment turns into a standoff. The carrier says it was packed badly. The packer says it was handled badly. You eat the claim and lose a month arguing about it. We do both jobs, so there is nobody for us to blame.

Already have a carrier you like? We'll do the packing on its own and hand the freight over ready to load — palletized, wrapped, labelled, counted and photographed.
